Oxford Business School Virtual Webinars in May

Oxford Business Alumni in Los Angeles is hosting two virtual webinars this month. Oxford alumni need personal alumni number to register. The Zoom meeting link and password will be sent to your email after registration.

Event 1: How COVID-19 Is Changing Culture | Wednesday, 5/13 at 10am PT.

The topic is “How COVID-19 is Changing Culture” where Lauren Xandra (MA ’14) Vice President at National Research Group lead a discussion on how COVID-19 is changing culture: how we think, how we work and how we support one another. She will also highlight examples of how technology is accelerating positive trends that communities want to see on the other side of the curve. The discussion will include panelists from the Women in STEAM community.

Event 2: Shifts In Business During COVID-19 | Wednesday, 5/27 at 10am PT.

We’re excited to have Lily Lapenna MBE speaking about the shifts in business during COVID-19. Lily will lead the discussion with a panel of business leaders on the shifts in how businesses work as a result of COVID-19. Panelists include Leslie Garcia-Amaya, Global Product Partnership, AI at Google, and Yehuda Gurwitz, CEO of Charidy which has partnered with the CDC foundation.
